VINCENT ZHANG
Founder, CEO of WINCHAIN GROUP.
He leads groundbreaking efforts to revolutionize the crypto mining industry with focus on sustainability and innovation. Vincent's career is built on a solid academic foundation from Harbin Engineering University, where he earned a Bachelor's in Electronic Engineering and a Master's in Communication and Information Systems.
Starting his career at ZTE Corporation, Vincent spent 14 years developing his expertise in the technology sector. In 2018, he transitioned to Shenzhen MicroBT Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. as Sales Director. There, he played a crucial role in driving the global success of WhatsMiner, establishing partnerships with major clients like Marathon, Phoenix, Hut8, Bitfarms, Atlas, Celsius, Rhodium, Belleway, Cipher, Hive etc. Vincent's innovative “Frame Contract” model provided these partners with a stable supply of mining rigs at consistent prices. He also introduced a flexible pricing strategy based on the Hash Price Index, reducing financial risks for his partners.
A strong advocate for environmental responsibility, Vincent pushed for the adoption of heat recapture technology in mining operations, transforming waste heat into a valuable resource. Now, at WINCHAIN GROUP, he continues to focus on sustainability by developing solutions for reusing chips from retired mining rigs and enhancing heat recapture technologies, aiming to make the crypto mining industry greener and more decentralized.

HAND ZHANG
COO, WINCHAIN GROUP.
Hand Zhang is a dynamic leader with over 25 years of experience in commercial operations and enterprise management across diverse industries, including banking, insurance, real estate, channel distribution, and global trade. His career began at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), Zhejiang Branch, where he served from 1999 to 2002, gaining a solid foundation in financial services. He then transitioned to AIA Insurance Co., Ltd.'s Shenzhen Branch from 2002 to 2005, where he honed his expertise in risk management and customer relations.
Hand was instrumental in driving growth at China Resources Vanguard Co., Ltd., further broadening his experience in large-scale retail operations from 2005 to 2008. He then took on a leadership role at Aishide Co., Ltd. from 2009 to 2016, where he excelled in channel distribution and corporate strategy.
Since 2016, Hand has embraced entrepreneurship, successfully establishing and managing businesses across three diverse categories, demonstrating his versatility and innovative approach. As the Chief Operating Officer(COO) at WINCHAIN, he leverages his extensive industry knowledge and entrepreneurial spirit to drive operational excellence and strategic growth.
As the Chief Operating Officer(COO) of WINCHAIN GROUP, Hand applies his vast experience and strategic vision to drive operational excellence and business growth. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language and Literature from Nanchang University.
JAY VAN
Co-founder, CEO of WINCHAIN DEVICE.
Jay is the Co-Founder of WINCHAIN GROUP and the CEO of WINCHAIN DEVICE. He completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at two of China’s top ten universities, earning a Bachelor's in Architecture from Xi'an Jiaotong University and a Master's in Architectural Design and Theory from Nanjing University.
Jay began his architectural career at CDAG Corporation, where he spent over 10 years participating in and leading major international projects, including iconic works such as the "Bird's Nest" and "Water Cube," the main stadiums for the Beijing Olympic Games. His expertise in architecture contributed significantly to energy conservation and the sustainable development of large-scale projects.
With a passion for learning and innovation, Jay earned both the National First-level Registered Architect Professional Qualification Certificate and the Lawyer Professional Qualification Certificate. During his dual careers as an architect and lawyer, he developed a deep interest in the cryptocurrency industry. He became an active participant in Bitcoin mining, focusing on the sustainable energy development of the industry.
After gaining extensive experience in cryptocurrency, Jay was invited by WINCHAIN GROUP to join as the CEO of WINCHAIN DEVICE. They are working to make Bitcoin mining greener, more environmentally, and more decentralized.
ALLEN WANG
Co-founder, CEO of GREENHASH.
Yahui Wang (Allen) is the Co-founder of WINCHAIN GROUP and the CEO of GREENHASH, a company that is being acquired by WINCHAIN as part of its infrastructure division, WINCHAIN Infra.
With a degree in Construction Project Management from Jinggangshan University, Allen’s career trajectory has been marked by strategic leadership roles. Allen has a solid background in corporate leadership, having held various senior positions, including CEO of Shenzhen GREENHASH Co., Ltd. since 2022, and CFO of Winners Science Technology from 2021 to 2022.
His career began at LOGAN GROUP, where he contributed significantly over a five-year period. Allen’s expertise lies in data center operations and innovative cooling technologies. He recognized the future potential of Hydro Cooling for mining operations and committed himself to developing cutting-edge, eco-friendly water cooling systems. Under his leadership, Green Hash has signed over 434 MW of orders, delivering more than 150 MW in projects spanning North America, South America, North Africa, Central Asia, and the Middle East. Allen is also a strong advocate of sustainable energy practices, focusing on heat recapture from mining rigs to further reduce environmental impact and promote energy efficiency.
His vision is encapsulated in Green Hash’s mission of "Making Your Hash Green," with an emphasis on integrating smart heat recycling to empower sustainable mining solutions.
GEORGE DUAN
Co-founder, Chief Sales Officer
George Duan, Co-founder and Chief Sales Officer at WINCHAIN GROUP, brings over two decades of experience in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and cryptocurrency sectors. His career began at ZTE Corporation, where he served as Supply Chain Director from 2005 to 2018, honing his expertise in managing complex global supply chains.
Following his tenure at ZTE, George joined BITMAIN, a leading cryptocurrency company, where he held multiple key roles, including Supply Chain Director, Operation & Maintenance Director, and Sales Director, from 2018 to 2023.
George’s extensive experience has endowed him with a deep understanding of the industry and a robust skill set in management, particularly in areas critical to the success of technology-driven enterprises. His academic background includes a Bachelor of Engineering from JiLin University and a Master of Science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, further enriching his technical and analytical capabilities.
At WINCHAIN, George continues to leverage his rich industry insights and management experience to drive global sales and operational excellence. He is a key figure in advancing WINCHAIN's mission within the blockchain industry.
